Regulators have stayed silent through every Culinary appearance, until last month. Recently, it questioned whether the Nevada Gaming Control Board and the Nevada Gaming Commission have the ability and desire to discipline Station for its alleged misdeeds. With each passing month, the Culinary has gotten more and more aggressive with its rhetoric slamming the company.
